Send professional quotes and convert accepted ones straight into invoices.
-
1
Create a quote
Go to Quotes > New Quote, select a customer, and add line items the same way you would on an invoice.
-
2
Set validity and terms
Add an expiry date and any terms so your customer knows exactly how long the quote is valid. Use the settings panel to change how dates are written on this quote if your customer is in another country.
-
3
Send for approval
Email the quote or share a link your customer can open, review, and accept online.
-
4
Track status
Mark quotes as sent, accepted, or declined, and filter or sort your quote list at a glance. Once a quote is saved you can switch on Auto-save in its action bar, and later edits save themselves as you make them.
-
5
Convert to an invoice
Once a customer accepts, convert the quote into an invoice with one click — all line items carry over automatically.
Tips
- Clone a past quote instead of starting from scratch for similar jobs.
- Keep quote pricing consistent with invoices by pulling items from your Catalog.
- Download a PDF copy of any quote for your own records.
